Campus Assistance and Resources for Empowerment (CARE) offers a variety of appointments to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff. Below is a detailed list of the types of appointments CARE offers along with the CARE staff member who offers these types of meetings. Connect with staff from CARE by scheduling an appointment through our online Microsoft Bookings system. CARE is offering online appointments via Microsoft Teams, phone appointments, and in-person that follow safety guidelines that are outlined by UF. If you are unable to schedule an appointment through the Bookings system, please call CARE at 352-392-1261 to schedule the appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email that provides any additional information regarding the meeting. Also, you will receive a reminder the day before the meeting via the email address that you provided. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please utilize your email confirmation to adjust your meeting as needed.

On their Bookings page, click on the type of appointment with specific meeting location (Online via Microsoft Teams, Phone, or In-person in the Case Management Office) you would like to schedule.
On their Bookings page, select the date and time that you would like to schedule the appointment. The staff members availability automatically updates as appointments are scheduled.
On their Bookings page, add your details that are required to schedule the appointment (name, email, address, phone number, and UFID).
